Looks resprayed. Without more thumbs the earliest these debuted in Brazil was 1995. I found a 1995 and ran the plate. Makes sense as they were introduced in May of 1995. The sedan was introduced in November of 1995 which indeed makes it a 1996 MY debut. The Wagon debuted in 1997. The 5 door hatch debuted 3 months after the pickup but I have yet to determine if that would considered MY 1995 or 1996 as that would be August.
