The truck is probably something American. The curve of the skirt of the front fender is distinctive.

The split grille and skirted front fenders make me think it's a circa-1935 GMC. I think I can even see where the "General Motors Truck" plaque used to be on the side of the hood, which was apparently removed to make space for Chinese lettering.

The hood says "sixty-three" and the first two characters on the door are "fifty". That's as far as I can go without a translator.
