These are made in France altogether, aren't they?

Yes, you´re right. Built in France (Valenciennes).

The badges look like Fiat Scudo badges to me.

Plate seems to be British S7XX SSR.

So I guess it is library footage with a CGI Mercedes put in?

I think that the Library footage is of Edinburgh not London too... I'm not sure despite regularly walking past the pub I think that is.

Yes, the street looks quite like the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.

No. More likely to be just off the bridges and up from Fleshmarket Close and by the hotel if it is the one I think.

I will be passing through on Monday and try to get a pic from the same angle.

Sounds right. I googled for the address for "The Tron" maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=9,+Hunter+Square,+Edinburgh,+Midlothian,+EH1+1QW&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=39.235538,92.900391&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=9+Hunter+Square,+Edinburgh+EH1+1QW,+United+Kingdom&ll=55.949446,-3.18772&spn=0.001697,0.00567&z=18&layer=c&cbll=55.94955,-3.187776&panoid=lqZSvHx-VK6Yvh591WYN9g&cbp=12,137.34,,0,-2.27

Taken on my way home earlier.

So we are looking at a Citroen Dispatch, Peugeot Expert or Fiat Scudo based on UK market names.

Thanks for taking that photo. If this had been a daytime shot, it would be much more recognisible as Edinburgh.

Are there more British towns, which have streets with such a gradient? I think, this is typical for the Old Town-side of Edinburgh.
