I think this is something built on a Citroën DS. The filming crew very often used that chassie as it thanks to the hydraulic suspension could hold the camera straight without too much vibrasion when shooting. Something similar is being used/ was used when filming horse racing. That is most likely an early 70's Citroën DS.
