I figure after a few more episodes we can figure out what's what, if certain cars stay with certain detectives, etc, and split them up to their own pages after referencing them through Encyclopedia Ford_guy Like on the Rookie Blue CV page.

Neptune ◊ 2010-09-24 05:55	It baffles me that Ford never offered standard traction assist/torque control for the Crown Victoria. According to Ford, the Crown Victoria comes with a standard open rear differential. It can be optioned with either rear traction control or rear "Traction-Lok" limited-slip differential, or both. If rear traction control is available, having a rear limited-slip differential would be redundant, as they can both transfer the same amount of torque.

The 'off' button was in the glove box. I moved it to the dash where the trunk release button was for more fun, as it defaulted to ON every time the car was started. My '01 Vic did NOT have T/C, nor ABS, but had the limited slip rear end. The '98s had a lot of stuff that was decontented over the years as Ford found cheaper ways to make cars I guess.
