It's a pre-2003 model based on the side turn signal lenses. It would only be considered a "Super Duty" if it is a 1999+ model, but since there is no way of telling, it's best to just label it as an E-Series. |

This could be an E-350 as Ford used both designations for chassis cab vans. Without seeing the badge we are just guessing even though it may appear to be an E-Super Duty [E-450].
