 Good job, mike962! Maker is RASKAT (seems is same RZDM new name) model is РЭМ-25 which is kinda difficult since sound Э - is something between A and E. Something like RAeM-25 or so.

 They always describe themself as RASKAT from Rybinskye ASfaltovye KATki (Rybinsk's asphalt steamrollers). But in some sources they are just Raskat.
