I have only materials about the older Chinese trucks/buses and not farming vehicles, so I'm unable to check this anywhere.

Heres an older model from the same company, 4LZ-2.5B Looks like LZ is a generic name for combine harvesters, just as diggers etc. seem to have ZL in the model.
