Not the SRT-10?

It does have the right wheels for an SRT-10.

Curiously, the sidemarker is not lighted

It's forbidden in Germany, only allowed as a "cateye"-sidemarker

So it's made for EU. Isn't it?

I don't know if this has been officially exported in Germany or not

It's a 2005 model since that was the only year that the Quad Cab was available in SRT-10 trim with the older front end look.

As the whole brand Dodge it was never common in Germany, but it was available at the few Chrysler-dealers. They disappeared quite soon again, when the German tax-rules were changed. Their yearly tax-rate exploded, when it was not possible any more to classify it as a truck.

P.S. 870 different Dodge Ram are for sale right now in Europe: Link to "suchen.mobile.de"

I remember, that this dealer in my former home-town http://www.autocenter-lahr.de/ always had been a branch for the Chrysler- and Dodge-range, even in the pre-DaimlerChrysler-times and during them either. So they continued in the years, when the Mercedes-dealer a few streets away has sold (resp.try to sell) Chrysler-cars, too.

It also can be an US-spec car, where the side-markers were disconnected later on to be allowed to use it in Germany.

 I was very confused some weeks ago, when I saw a complete and original US-spec Toyota Corolla of the lates 90ies, which were driving with these burning sidemarkers - which are normally illegal here. And it was running here for many years, as it has the old-style, pre-2000 license plates.
