Actually, to be more accurate, this is a very rare OPTIONED Dodge Dart! This is a High Performance version called the Dodge Dart Charger GT! This car came with Dart 270 Interior and a floor shifter taken directly from the Plymouth Barracuda of the same year! The extra 'Badge', on the fender, says 'Charger' on it and there are two more badges inside the doors that also say 'Charger!' Plymouth had the Barracuda 'S', in this year! Dodge had this car, the Dart Charger GT! This car had the 235 horse 273 Motor with 10.5 Compression and solid lifter cam. less than 200 of these DEALER OPTIONED Darts ever existed. Today less than 10 still exist! This car made an appearance on 'I Love Lucy' and 'Gomer Pyle, USMC!' |
