I believe that is a Lexus ES 250 (1989-91) per the upright greenhouse and the i.d. badge on the lower right-side taillight. The LS always had it's i.d. badge on the trunk like a Mercedes. |

Actually the LS 400 and ES 250 went on sale September 1, 1989. I don't know if they were considered '89s or '90s |
