 This may be a Isuzu ELF (now export version is named N series. Both export
and Japan version is named ELF at the 60's and 70's). This is one type of
Red minibus which became legal since 1969 in HK. Later all of these light
lorry converted minibuses are replaced by Nissan Echo which was shown on
the left most side of the screenshot. The scene is taken at Choi Hung
Estate near Ngau Chi Wan Village. The interchange in between Lung Cheung
Road and Clear Water Bay Road.

A today scene at almost similiar location shown on google map in the link.
Note the light under the flyover but all are removed at unknown date.
