CitiCar. It was actually a small electric/gas commuter vehicle made in the mid 70's. I have a Motor Trend magazine from 76/77 testing it. |

They used as base model made in the years 1974-76. Interesting who did mistake - authors of linked article or of this documentary? "That Was the Year: 1977"...
