1938 Packard Six Touring Sedan ( sixteenth series model 1600,).The headlights do not appear to be molded into the fenders as was the case in 1939 .Here they appear to be placed higher and somewhat more offboard of the grille as in 1938 .The hood louvres are also 1938 with 4 trapezoidal ceels of which the front one was bright on the sixes. 1939 Packard six hood louvres were slightly more elaborated with a bright front part followed by inclined parallel strips |
