There's also an International fire truck on the right

Yes, that's an International Harvester Fleetstar.

Looks like on of LACoFD's Caterpillar D-8 bulldozers. The fire truck on the right is mystery. I am pretty sure the LACoFD never had any International pumpers. Anyone have a better picture?

This is the best shot for the one on the right....

This wouldn't happen to be the CDF, would it?

Also, I was wrong. This isn't an International Harvester Fleetstar, it's just another Loadstar.

No, I think you were correct on the Fleetstar. I double checked and LA County and City never had any Loadstar's or Fleetstar's(unless they were stake-bed trucks), but the State of California had a number of pumpers built by Van Pelt on the Fleetstar chassis to go all around the state. Kern County also had a number of Fleetstar/Van Pelt pumpers, but I think they would have been white.
