It's got the ridged hood of the 820; that on the 830 was flat. Would concur with 820. |

This is NOT an 820, this is an R. The R was the forerunner to the 80 which was the forerunner to the 820 and the later 80's were identical to the early 820's (which I own). The only cosmetic difference between an 80 and an 820 regardless of year is the fenders. The 820 has fenders that extend out over the tire, the tractor shown has fenders similar to an 80, but you can see the curvature of the pulley brake and the design of the front axle and the flywheel cover and those are of an R. The overall sheetmetal on the R, 80, and 820 is nearly identical. The 830 is rounded on the edges. -- Last edit: 2014-01-01 05:01:54 |
