Yes, it's true, I've find it. It's build in Colombia since 1999 for South América

This is a 1993-1998 model - can't make out if it's got the third brake light to narrow it down further.

Yes, it's in Europe, but for the South American market, it was built in Envigado (Colombia) since 1999.

Ok, you're right Gomselmash11, I've read about that and I was wrong. It was buit by NORDEX in Uruguay, since 1999 to 2002. [X06]

So, it should be listed as: 1999 Renault Twingo French model built in Uruguay.

No way to be this car 1999. It seems to be even a pre-1996. Since 1998 they had already different bumpers, usually in body color and if not, then black (not grey).

Ok, but it was in Europe, not in Argentina. It was built in Uruguay for that market since 1999 to 2002. So [X06] but 1999.

Here are the 1999 Twingos from Argentina:
- Body color bumpers - Link to "articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar"
- Black bumpers, but of new shape - Link to "articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar"
Modifications same like in Europe. I would understand, that in Urugay they didn't facelifted them, but not that they started production of the old model.
Some Renaults were imported to Argentina from France (Safrane for example), the older Twingos maybe too.

Yes, I know some renaults were imported, not only executive cars like Safrane, also Lagunas... but I was unaware of the posibility of import twingos, and after build them there, however, it could be possible.
And, "Weasel1984" What do you think about that one: /vehicle.php?id=118205 ?? It's in Argentina too, and I don't know the model year, so I don't know if it could be built in Uruguay or imported too.
Thank's for the information.
(I'm sorry if my english is not so good)

The firsts Twingos are imported from France only. Before, Nordex in Carrasco, Uruguay, assembly the Renault Twingo in your plant with argentine parts. Remember, the south american markets are retarded with the restylings and modifications

Yes, that's the newer one (1998 in Europe) - so has to be from Uruguay I belive.

If production of Twingos in Uruguay lasted for only 3 years, I guess it was not a full production, but more assembling with use of the French parts (hence cars had to be similar/identical with European).

Edit. Prod. in Uruguay started in 1997.
