 We are the current owners of this vehicle! It still has the original champagne glasses in it. The first owner of this car was Ronald Reagan when he was the Governor of CA, it has armor doors and such. The car is located in Italy as we speak.

 No glass divider makes it a nine passenger sedan, not the limo model. Also there's a 99% chance it left the factory with a vinyl roof so it's been modified to some extent.

 Is this the same car in the scene where Napier and Eckhardt meet? From afar, it definitely looks like a Cadillac.
