carobserver is right. The Fiat has strange rear lights but it is surely a Fiat 1300 (no chromed side windows frames) |

With these bumpers+overiders, it's a 1500 C 1965, though rear lights aren't matching with those of Fiat 1300/1500, probably modified from another type of car. |
