I think this one is operated by District Cab Association of Washington, DC. Tai Shan Chinese Restaurant is located at 662 H St. NW in Chinatown; the cab is heading east. By coincidence, Tai Shan was the name given to the giant panda born at the National Zoo in 2005. |
