Wouldn't the proper name be Ford Econoline Club Wagon?

I would think so but I don't think this generation were badged that way If you look at the left rear door you can see the emblem just says Club Wagon. I think in literature though it was referred to as an Econoline Club Wagon. Does the Emblem help narrow the year down anymore? I know that it is at least a 95 by the taillights. Hey Ford_guy what year did they rename all of the Econolines E*50?

I think they still would be Econolines, though. I believe all other Club Wagons on this site are written up that way also. And yes, I did see the Club Wagon badge, thats why I made my inital comment. If I knew when that emblem was used, then it would help a lot. I believe the "Club Wagon" name badge was dropped somewhere between 1998-2000.

And on official badging on the vehicles, the Econoline name was dropped for the 1999 model year. Although I believe that name still continued to be used in sales brochures/literature up until 2001. However, I have seen earlier Econolines marked as simply E-350's (mainly U-Haul trucks).

Yes we have talked about the Uhauls/Ambulances having E350 badges before. If Econoline was dropped (badge-wise) than it stands to reason that they would have dropped the Club Wagon badge at the same time. I only have one Passenger van and it is a 2003 so the badge says "E-350 Super Duty XLT" and all of my other E-Series vans are Cargo vans so They Either say Econoline or E-250. On my 1997 Econoline 150 XLT the rear badge is not chrome like the Club Wagon emblem in this picture so I would guess they started using Chrome Emblems after that (unless the club wagon badges were chrome when the Econoline oners were not?)......At least that makes sense to me

So right now we know that this is a 1995-1998 Ford Econoline Club Wagon And I assume the chrome bumper means it is an XLT, right?

Yes, I believe that the Club Wagon name would have been dropped around the same time. Either way the 1995-1998 year range is fair as this screenshot is from the first season of the show anyways. And I believe you're right about the XLT trim. These vans had the trim written below the Club Wagon badge to the right, so it is obscured in this case.

Chrome badges were not used until the 2006 model year. I think that it just looks chrome from this shot but it can't be.

And you know what might be interesting? If you took pictures of your Econolines/E-Series vans and forwarded them over to me on the forums. That way I couuld see what changes there are especially given how I would know the exact model years. Only if you want to, of course.

Just to update everyone on this conversation (sorry a decade later).

Club Wagon and Econoline dropped from badging on the vans for 1999 MY. 1992-1996 have block rear script. 1997-2005 have decal but the major difference is 1997-1998 still say Econoline while 1999-2005 say E-*50.

Hope this helps. Oh by the way that is decal script making this a [E-350]. [E-250] was not sold as a Club Wagon after 1992 and [E-150] was not extended until 2009 ;)
