lanciauto ◊ 2009-12-12 13:47	The Eye of the Needle is situated during WW2. The MG TC however was introduced after the war in 1945, so it could not have played a role in the movie. The MG TA and TB were made before the war, so my guess is one of these. All these models look the same, so it is impossible to tell from the photographs. Jan
Sunbar ◊ 2009-12-12 14:24	It would only have to be before 1981, the date of filming. So TA, TB and TC are all possible. Inaccuracies about the age of vehicles abound in this particular movie. Three from the 1950s... 1953 BMW R 25/3 1957 DKW Munga F91 1953 Velocette MAC 350 Plus a post-war 1946 Austin truck.
