The cowl appears to be a 30/31 Ford. 28/29 had different cowl |

Absolutely a 1928 or 1929 Model A. Yes, the cowls differ between 28-29 and 30-31, but the 28-29 Model As had the narrower hood and cowl, as does this one. Also note the more rounded radiator that only 28-29s have. |
