 It seems to have the 1951+ vent windows and the 1952+ push-button system door handles (I admit that it's more a guess for this, but "twist-system" handles were never that horizontal...). I'd like to say it also has the 1953-54 hood side emblem, but this picture is really too blurry.
As 1947-55 Chevrolet pickup, it's an Advance-Design one. As a short 3100 model (unlike the 3600 and 3800 trucks, it doesn't have a vertical reinforcement bar before the rear fender), it has the 3104 internal code.

 Just watched this show online where there is a much better view of the door handle and it is definitely of the twist type.
Changing listing to 1951.
