C-1500 was the designation for the later generation. This is probably a C-10.

The name badge only seems to be one word.

Speaking of which, I was just at that place (Golf'N'Stuff in Norwalk, CA) a few weeks ago. It pretty much looks the same, except that the water slide is no longer there.

This truck is more than likely the C-10, made between 1975 and 1980.

From 1973-1974 the base model was called simply Custom.

This is a step or two up from the base model. Scottsdale, Cheyenne or Silverado in order of increasing fanciness.
