This pickup appears in a deleted scene, presumably belonging to the man played by Jeff Morris (who played the cowboy bar owner in The Blues Brothers). But it also appears in the background in the final cut of the film, but much less visible. So what star rating do I give this?![]() -- Last edit: 2009-07-12 12:52:53 |

1968/72 Ford F-250 Ranger, Id say 1, like you said, background -- Last edit: 2009-07-12 03:57:25 |

It's just that the main image is from the deleted scene. But it's far more visible in this image, so it's better than using the other image. |

This one is 1969 by the rear sidemarker at the trim level. |

actually the rear sidemarker indicates this is a 1970/72, the 1968/69 sidemarker was located lower on the rear quarter near the bumper, I wonder if this a later model bed, see link http://www.fordification.com/67-72ID.htm The grill is definitely a 1968/69 -- Last edit: 2009-07-12 04:23:56 |

I check these web pages for various sidemarker postions and found the results: /vehicle_126462-Ford-F-Series-1968.html /vehicle_139216-Ford-F-Series-1968.html Lighted front side marker at: /vehicle_184083-Ford-F-Series-1968.html /vehicle_219337-Ford-F-Series-1968.html |

The 1st link for the rear sidemarker is correct, the 2nd is wrong. rj; Did you look at the link I provided? |

Maybe its a 1970 with the wrong grill in it. ![]() |

With the front end and the sidemarker style at the rear is a good question for the model year.... |
◊ 2009-07-12 04:57 |
maybe we should leave the year blank due to inconsistencies. ![]() |

That grille is not from the 1970's at all. In fact, I'd call this a '69 with a 1970-72 bed. |

I see the script on the bed says Custom. |
