I'm not sure with Packard. To me, cowl and beltline look more than a Duesenberg J. Beside the well-known arrow hood mascot there was another from the factory that looked rather similar to the second pic.

I reckon the engine hood is too short for it to be a Duesenberg. I have my doubts about Packard too. Hopefully it was used in other movies of the era and a better picture of it will turn up.
