I can't see much of the car, but I'd say this is rather a US version of the Renault Dauphine with it's fake plate incorrectly placed on the rear bumper. |

The plate, incidentally, is meant to be one from the new system introduced in April 2009. |

Thanks, Adrián. Yes, now it is clearly visible. One can even see the rubber on the overriders and the extra reflectors on the grilles (since the original reflectors would have disappeared behind the extra bumper bar). |
