Looks like it - about 1930. This one looks as if it was a fire engine in a previous existance. Also looks as if someone forgot to pump up the rear tyres before shooting this. |

There's a reason for that: in this scene, the truck did indeed suffer a flat tire and Oliver had to unload all of his apples to change it. He was borrowing this truck to get his apples to market in the state capital. |
