If a Threewheeler, it was made in (or for) Britian. Elsewhere it had two back wheels close beside. Due the bigger sliding side windows no basic version. |

It is a BMW Isetta, year unknown. An export version, such as for the UK, would have had four wheels. |

Not necessarily; Isettas didn't become popular in the UK until a three-wheeled version became available. If reverse gear was blanked off it could be taxed as a motorcycle, with a considerable tax saving. |
