Not a 62 Comet. The 62 Comet's linence plate was part of the rear bumper. Also the 62 Comet had little wings on each side of the back. Not as big as the 60 and 61's wings but very small ones that were not part of the lights. |

Absolutely not: this is a 1966 Opel Rekord (B). probably this scene was set not in the U.S. as this car was never sold there, but maybe somewhere in the Caribbeans... |

Yes, B-Rekord for sure. The background doesn't look US-American, rather a Spanish-speaking country, see the "...orte"-sign on the left. And it's a stock footage from the 60ies, look on the clothing-style of the people. |
