DynaMike ◊ 2009-04-13 09:59	The rear bumper ends of the 1300 and 1500 were different, but those of the 1301 and 1501 were the same But good new: The new grille indicates it's from 1972, and since then there was only the 1301 By the trim I guess this is a Special, and by the white front indicators it is 'Made for I'.

Some - probably only early and low-spec 1301s - had short rear bumpers; details of which/when not yet confirmed. 1501 Special was made until Sept 75 (saloon and break), 1301 Special until mid-76. This grille from July 69 (1501 Special), Aug 71 (1301 Special). No argument against this ID as 72 1301 Special - 72 looks about right for this metallic.
