This would actully be a SuperVan, not a Super Duty.

It does have E-350 Super Duty written on the badge?

Brilliant Silver Metallic Clearcoat added to the 1999-Onward models. Super Duty was indeed written on the E-350 badge, however
Ford doesn’t market the E-Series vans as Super Duty like it does with the Pickup trucks. This one is in XLT trim ...

Correct Neptune, that's how these vans would be identified. Just to narrow down the year range, this is a 1999-2002 model.

I'm not quite sure when the Super Duty name was attached to the E-Series vans, but it has been applied to the E-350, E-450, and the rare E-550 for some time now. Although I recently saw a 2008 E-250 model that had Super Duty written bellow the E-250 on the rear badge. Don't you just love it how Ford keeps on changing the names around throughout the years? :/

That is correct. Super Duty is written in the extra information for the Ford Vans.

1999-2000 is the correct year range. The thumbnails show us the passenger pillar mounted grab handle is not present; negating 2001-2002. Ford drastically changed the E-Series lineup around 2006-2011. I say that because each of those major changes occurred.

2006 saw the introduction of the Advanced Trac badge on the Extended E-350 Passenger models only.
2007 saw the demise of 5 lug E-150 models. Which makes it harder to ID E-150 after 2006.
2007 saw the introduction of the Advanced Trac on the E-150 & E-350 regular wheelbase Passenger models only.
2008 saw the introduction of the new face with the older dashboard.
2009 saw the introduction of a new dashboard AND now offered Extended E-150s (yep more annoying).
2009 saw the introduction of the Flex Fuel badge on the right rear door next to the Ford oval.
2010 was the last year Ford offered the Diesel motor.
2011 was the first year Ford placed the Advanced Trac & Flex Fuel badges on Cargo/Commercial vans.

I think that may be all I can remember for right now. I know there are more changes but I have yet to figure them out.
