I'm seeing my grandfather going in it. It's a moped "Mobilette-GAC" under french licence Mobylette. Model unknown. It's a 50 CC for sure.In the site is listed other "Mobylette" /vehicle_137237-Mobylette-Cady.html but that TV serie is spanish, and the name must be Mobilette Cady (there). I´ll change it.
