Most probably American, though there is an outside chance (okay, out of town chance) it may be one of the many low-quality double-digit Japanese copies from the 30s  |

Found a higher quality source. Initial assumptions of 32-34 Buick are out - this has regular doorhandles. 33/34 mopar would have my vote for now. |
