Can we see a little to the right and maybe see what the badge on the hubcap says? The only distinctive feature I can pick on this car is what appears to be a small medallion or badge below the golfbag door. It probably is where the grease nipple for the rear spring is. The car is probably 1930 as very few cars had wire wheels with the large hubcaps before then. I think it is one of the less common makes.

1929 Lincoln with Detrich Coachwork. The one below matches in every detail except possibly the frame around the door window. Since these cars were custom made to order, that could account for the difference.
