It seems (to be underlined 4 or 5 times .gif ";)") ) to be a 1957 model, with the oval shaped fender emblem and the 2 "spears" on the hood. But there is no other view of the truck to be sure of this.xx04 was the Chevrolet code for Task-Force pickup trucks.
