Scenes set in the US, except last thumb which sees this car in Japan. Apparently it was a major influence on Toyota's initial car design.

1934 Chrysler Airflow (Eight [CU] ?), these did indeed play a big part in the AA development. They even have one display at the Yokomichi museum!
Toyota wrote
In 1934, when many carmakers were still only cautiously approaching streamlined styling, Chrysler and De Soto went ahead and released the Airflow. Although the car was far too advanced to achieve commercial success, many of its features defied convention and established new directions in car design. For example, the engine was placed directly above the front axle, changing the weight distribution and expanding the cabin space for greater ride comfort. Also, the body structure was similar to that of a modern monocoque body. The chassis and body design of the De Soto Airflow greatly influenced the development of the Toyoda Model AA.
