Incidentally, the van is being used here by who appear to be some of the cops later climbing into the building, so it might as well be a vehicle: And the guys on the platform behind the van are actually a disguised film crew with a camera: I guess they filmed this shot: There's another cameraman next to the van, behind the Plymouth: I suppose he shot this (looks like a close shave!):
