Standard Ford A, I think. Checked through the coupes of all the major makes of the early thirties, and no other had two side windows and a bladed-bumper. The headlight cones are throwing me off, but that might be the light. Really a bit too background though... |

But on the Model A the door handle is on the trim, this car has it below that. I would therefore suggest the only other option I found - a 1931 Pontiac: https://www.nsclassics.com/galleria_images/1109/1109_p25_l.jpg It might also be an Oakland, but appears to be lacking the flying swan typical of Oaklands.
