The van on the right can be ruled out, but are you sure this is the van on the left and not the van in the middle? However, it appears they have two of these "Freightliner M-Line" vans, with the other being a 2004 sporting the 'USSACAI' license plate. So, there's no way to confirm which of these two it is...
