Seems US-built xDrive40i M Sport by that front fascia. Petrol models in India, like this one, were sourced from the U.S. Diesel models were Indian assembled. I don't think pre-LCI diesel models in India cannot opt with the M Sport styling package as their petrol counterparts AFAIK.
