I've hesitated somewhat concerning this bus as I cannot identify the lights. Apart from that it's a 1994-2001 Volvo B12 (R?) with a Carrus body. Carrus is a Finnish coach builder. Carrus made a lot of similar looking bodies like 302, 350, 502 and 602. Link to "bussidata.kuvat.fi" from https://bussidata.kuvat.fi/searchresults/carrus/ , but also at https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrus_Delta . |

No, Volvo B7R made in India. Volvo had acquired Carrus in 1998. commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Volvo_B7R_(India) First year in India was 2001. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_B7R#India I found a news report from 2001 that names a different coachbuilder. https://m.rediff.com/money/2001/oct/20volvo.htm -- Last edit: 2026-02-21 23:06:42 |

...which means origin in both Sweden and Finland, and built in India? Interesting! I must have travelled with a coach similar to this Link to "sv.wikipedia.org" hundreds of times. |

Why not Model Origin: Sweden and Finland? Volvo only made the chassis components Link to "mb.cision.com" whereas Carrus in Finland originally designed and built the body. |
