No, as far as I know, the spoilers were the same on all 740/760 of that design. With two reservations: - Some chose to replace that spoiler with either a Volvo optional extra accessory or an after market spoiler of another manufacturer (mostly German but some even made them at home, a class mate to me is one example). - The above one has four instead of three holes.
