By what is possible to see on the several pics it appears - and with these wheelcovers - I would say it's a Portuguese-assembled ( and sold only here - in fair numbers, I must say ) GS 1220 Break Pallas. I'm not able to see clearly the front grille, but it looks a 1976 1st series.
