No precise information found online about the body of this Delahaye, only theses mentions: In Les voitures françaises des années 50. René Bellu ed. Delville éditeur. 1983 page 47 with the following sentence Despite its tricky handling, the 175 achieved good sporting results when driven by great champions. It notably distinguished itself at the 1951 Monte Carlo Rally where Trevoux and Crovetto triumphed in a 175 bodied in Italy by Motto (photo on the left), while Chiron and Mahé (on the right) finished 5th in another 175 with Italian coachwork. In Autosport - Britain's Motor Sporting Weekly Vol.2 No.6 on February 9th, 1951 a report on the 1951 Monte Carlo Rally mentions the Delahaye 175 cars very briefly (British 'fair play'...) ) Link to "porschecarshistory.com" Body coach work is mentioned as Italian shape... The design strongly evokes an Italian coach building style, and bears a striking resemblance to the Lancia Aurelia GT designed by Ghia under the leadership of Mario Boano, owner of Carrozzeria Ghia (1944-1954).
