1963-1967 by the roof depressions. Here is the 1963 brochure: https://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/ford/63eco/bilder/2.jpg 1961-1962 have a flat roof without four depression lines. There are two depression lines that run the length of the roof. Do not confuse this with the two indentations found on the front of the roof and the rear above the cargo doors.
