This was in 2013 and they use real rescue vehicles, bar one Ambulance TV prop I think so i guess despite everything being real mostly, there is some TV magic at play , though it looks like it was at Wales all long, though for series one the team was with Derbyshire Cave Rescue, unless it was filmed in Wales?
