I'm think WWII leftover C11 or C21 - It has beefy truck tires and the wheelwell cutout in the front fender is larger than a typical station wagon. |

MML 541 was Middlesex, Sept 46 to Feb 49 "allocated in blocks", so an official plate of some sort. If it's WW2 leftover, plate is newer than car and presumably replaced a military plate when it was sold on. |
