The truck comes to a stop without hitting anything. Next thing we see, its cabin is smashed. Then cops (I think they're cops) shoot after the Pontiac and evidently hit the truck instead...

A rollover stunt with that truck was removed from the final film. A brief clip of it can be seen in the trailer.

^ Yes, I read that on the main page. Thanks for the thumbs. So, it's like all the other stunts in the movie: the truck just jumps over the car without hitting it (you can see in my second thumb the car has no damage). This one must've looked too stupid even to the director...

Honestly, that kind of stuff doesn't even bother me; back then, that kind of nonsensical stunt happened ALL the time. :lol:
